Any NSers compete in yesterday's Spartan Beast race at Killington?

Anyone who did is probably feeling the same pain I am today. 12 miles up and down killington is a good days work...

my brother did it. Hes still feeling the pain. Watching him go up and down stairs is amusing. Next year he said he may consider training for it
