So my friend hit a prius...

So on our way to the movie when my friend had to pull into the spot a little too small for his monte carlo ss. You could say that we exchanged a little paint. We still decided to go to the movie as if nothing had happened. On our way home we discussed ways to remove the paint from the front left side of his car before his dad gets home tomorrow. We need to know the best way to remove the paint without damaging his paint. I know someone would know whats best.

Paint over the silver with red using the eye droper to match the exact tones. Then use the magic wand tool to select the silver paint streaks that you want to remove. Then just get a nice hard circular brush and paint over each section making sure the lighting is right for each angle of silver paint you're covering. Then just save it as a .jpeg file or make an automatic save as .jpeg action.

well i guess that would work better if he was brushing over a corner or ridge, but itd be more efficient to use a hard brush on a more flat area to avoid having un-even tones of red covering the silver

Don't forget the clone stamp, and turn off that damn aligned option cause it's annoying. Lol at hit a red car, but I don't know anything about car paint. Put salami or bologna on it?

You're the kind of kids who fuck things up.

There's one thing that you don't mess with and that's people's cars. You should of left a note with your contact information rather than worry about how to hide the evidence....


If I caught someone do that to my car or ding the door and try to drive off, I'd be beyond pissed.

Yep, OP is the reason I don't even bother parking close in busy, crowded lots. My friend's Subaru has a nice dent (luckily not too noticeable) in the right rear because some fuck head hit it in the ski area's lot and just left. Hopefully karma is kicking that douche's ass. OP I hope daddy pulls out his belt for you.

If the driver of the prius noticed that his car is now silver and red, he can file a tort/property damage claim with the movie theater you were at. Chances are that there was a security camera that captured the whole show.

It would suck to have to deal with the law and everything, and I sure don't want you to go through all that jazz. At the same time, it would be a good life lesson.

A simple note on the windshield would of been sufficient. He would have been happy that there's a few decent people roaming around now days and chances are he wouldn't have dealt with you guys.

Everyone makes mistakes though..

I don't understand why someone would key a car, you don't gain anything from it.. I'd be so pissed man.

It would be understandable if it was at keystone; but if it was at breck, then that's just messed up.

Had this happen twice.

Once, slightly scraped a nice new Mustang at SPU. Left my contact info, he said he'd get back to me, and never did. The paint is still on my car.

Second time, tagged a mirror with mine on a dark street. Chipped some plastic off the end. Found the owner, apologized, and left my info. Haven't heard from him either.

If you own up sincerely, it clears your conscience and can turn out great. Sneaking around will get you eventually.

Hopefully it wont matter after the Prius owner finds out who you are and gets you with the hit and run. We can only hope your friend loses his license for a while, since he clearly isn't mature enough to be driving.
