alright everybody, HERE is the secret to learning them....
they are MUCH easier if you do it out of a round-off. if you don't know what that is, its kinda like a cart wheel to switch (best way i can think to describe it). But you can kinda 'whip' out of them and jump strait up really high. so first off, do a couple round offs and just pop strait up out of them until you're confortable. then just add the back tuck once you're ready. This way helps cause it makes you jump strait up and gets you more air than just standing and jumping. Then once you can do round-off back tucks, try it standing.... will be MUCH easier now that you have the feel for the rotation.
