I can't cork past 5 on a trampoline no matter who hard I huck its like my rotation is stuck at a single speed, anyone know what I am doing wrong or how I can improve this.
yo man i used to have the same problem. I learned my higher spins like cork 10 by bring both arms to one side and the when your about to go, tuck and swing them to the side your gonna spin. It doesnt look good but your atleast gettin the rotation through. After getting used to the fast spinning you dont have to do that anymore. Hope it helps.
what gives you rotation is the whip of your body, it looks gay but it teaches you how to really spin fast. just before you are about to spin, open up and RIP your arms legs and hips in the direction you want to spin, one you have this down you can make it look nicer. but this is your answer.
I feel like this could totally be my problem because one of my friends noticed the other day that for the first 180 my feet basically stay in the exact same spot. I'll try it out once my back gets better.
