This blew my mind

So I was watching the trailer for Assassin's Creed Brotherhood the other day and I noticed there was something so familiar about a certain area that the guy was walking in so i rewind and look closer. That's when I realized HOLY FUCK those are the mountains I grew up living next to for all 17 years of my life. If anyone has ever been to Bishop on their way to Mammoth Mountain you might recognize these too. Check right at 44 seconds. The big ass mountain that looks like a crater is Mount Basin and as it pans to the right you can almost see Mt. Tom.

Never played GOW? In my opinion best video game series ever for the multiplayer alone. That assassins creed trailer made me want to check it out but I probably wont since I never played the first 2.

Always been a playstation guy... haven't really gamed much outside of CS:S or TF2 recently. Gears looks dope... pretty big claim to say its the best video game series ever for multiplayer though. CoD2 - CoD4 is pretty damn good. As is BF 1949/2

I enjoy that you can see the high capacity power lines in that shot. Kinda stupid to no have gotten rid of those somehow....
