Backlip of Frontflip?

just wondering which everyone recons i should try first?

Backflips are easier but they are close. I gdid a frontflip a few days after my first backflip.

Backflip definitely. When I was at Windells this summer, this is what Andy Parry told me word for word "If you can do a 360 on skis and a backflip on a trampoline, then you can do a backflip on skis". I tried it and it was extremely easy much easier then 3s in my opinion. Frontflips you have to fight the lip of the jump and you can't spot your landing easy.

aight cheers man, so what do you have to do with a backflip. same as on a tramp?

yeah it is almost exactly the same i tried my first ones into the airbag at Windells but you probably don't have that available. You should build a really poppy jump with a really soft landing and if you commit 100% it is very easy

I tried fronts first at Woodward this summer. I couldn't pull together the commitment to backflip. I'd sAy just do whatever one u feel more comfortable with

both are super fun, i personally find backflips easier, but i think big ol superman fronts are just as easy

honestly it's more of a question of commitment. In my opinion if you can do a frontflip you can do a backflip, and if you can do a backflip you can do a frontflip. If you feel confident and feel good about committing to the trick go for it. Both tricks aren't too hard as long as you commit to it, no second guesses mid-air. be confident and visualize it. good luck

THis. Frontflips are less consequence so people usually try this first but i find backflips to be easier to stomp
