whats yours? the only one i have ever seen work is a guy i have known since i was tiny but not been especially tight with.

Graduated college 2 years ago, became a regional sales manager with Intel, and last monday moved to china where he has multiple job offers for 7 figures/year salaries. he came up in the world rather quickly.


My get rich quick scheme, is to rise through the ranks of my engineering firm, steal the best up and coming talent(some bilingual) and start my own firm catering to asia. its a 10 year plan, though.

and colleges are the sketchiest places to sell. All the cops have to say is "oh you wanted to be a lawyer? tell me who sold it to you and this will all go away". Way to easy for kids to flip on you in college.

But also my time machine would make quite a bit of money and I'd be stuck in the past making facebook while someone else made bank off my time machine. So it's kind of a win-lose.

I struggle with this on most days.

but when you don't deal with people who know your name, make deals on a trac phone, and clean house in one or two days, it's not the most terribly risky thing to do.

oh, and by no means is 250 a week rich, but when you're basically living all expenses paid, 250 a week is enough to keep swim content

but hey, this is just what i heard... haha...

are you a retard? living all expenses paid means that swim doesn't have to pay for rent, food, tuition, or anything of that sort. the 250 that swim makes can be spent on whatever the fuck swim wants, or saved.

look at it this way, school semester = 4 months, theres 2 semesters, so 8 months. 8 months x 4 weeks = 32 weeks. 32 x 250 = 8000 dollars in cash fucking money. this isn't a job, it's a way to live a way sicker life when in college.

40 people buy cups at $5 each = $200 dollars
$100 profit

I would say that making 100 in a night (and getting drunk) is pretty nice. The problem is, not many people come if you aren't cool (like me) so it fails.

this is actually a legitimate way to make money. or even just picking up free stuff that people put infront of their houses. i worked with a couple mexicans who would spend days driving around neighborhoods throwing free shit in their pickup truck. they made pretty good cash

my dads friend made like 70,000 dollars scamming restaurants. he would contact them and say they were one of the best restaurants according to the "fine dining association of america" aka my dads friend and if they sent him 100 dollars he would send them a plaque saying they won that award. pretty good idea if you ask me

Ponzi scheme.
My buddy showed me one online, forgot the name, a while back before I even knew what a ponzi scheme was. It was legit at first, he showed me 2 checks he got from the company each $750. So I went and invested $50 and made $150 a few weeks later, then it got busted. I dont even remember the details to the system but it was fucked.

you don't just go "do" a ponzi scheme, and i very highly doubt that if you can't remember how a ponzi scheme works that you were ever part of one.

the great thing about ponzi schemes is that you can make a fuckton of money, but its just by covering your old investors returns with the investments from new investors. the problem with them is that you're essentially digging a deeper and deeper hole of lies with the more money you steal, so sooner or later everything blows up in your face. the other problem is that you're never going to find someone who is going to invest money in you for any reason, so you can't operate the scheme in the first place.

keg = 165 beers

165/40 = 4.1 or so beers per person. 4 beers for $5? not too bad of a deal if you ask me.

even so... thats not how a keg works. you pay for the cup and get as much beer as you can drink. thats why i get there early :D

plus when your throwing it you dont give a fuck how many beers people get haha

I have personal experience that proves both of those statements wrong. But logic proves them wrong as well.... so:

first off... if over 20 people buy cups at your keg you make money. thats usually easy. (unless it rains or gets busted by the cops really quick)
second... nobody "gets in" to a keg... customers pay to get a cup that they can refill until the keg is tapped.

and girls only "get in" free if you let them.

I will say that even though I know people that DO consistently make money throwing kegs, I also know people (including myself) who have lost money throwing them. It all depends how you do it.

It is all about doing something totally obscure that the vast majority of the population has not thought of. For example, I heard about some distant relatives heading way off into the deep wilderness of the Yukon to gather a certain type of mushroom that high-end restaurants pay a fortune for. Apparently they made quite a bit..

US dollars. he grew up in shanghai, then moved to london, then to the US. He is white and his father is super well respected in silicon Valley...so that helped alot haha.


But he knew about this possible opportunity in high school, and has been working towards it ever since. The dude is a really talented buisnesman.
