FKS 140 HELP

I'm 19, 5'10 and 130ish lbs. YES I'm a feather.
I ride mostly park and trees when there's good snow.
Will I be fine on FKS140 bindings?

yes!!

but really, no, if you adjust them to the normal din you're riding at, they will act like they're supposed to act for said DIN value....

Yea you should be fine guy don't worry just feel them out first. Start with a low DIN and if you are popping out when you don't wanna turn them up little by little until you are at a point where they feel comfortable. LOL AM I GOING TO DIE??? Haha Well sadly the answer to that is yes, at some point. But probably not before you have had some fun on your FKS's

don't change your din because you "pop" out more than you should....

the binding forward pressure could be adjusted poorly and even riding at full14DIN wont cure that, even worst if you fall badly you might not eject at all and fuck up your knee,...
ride the binding at the DIN that is right for you ! and if you don't know what the right din is for you (depending on ski level/style, age, length, weight and your BSL), go see a shop and have them adjust it for you .....

good luck with the bindings! they're a great pick, but have em adjusted properly and you'll enjoy em even more ! (or should i say, if you don't have em adjusted properly, you'll regret it for years to come ...)

Okay listen to this guy. He seems more ready to give you proper information than myself. Now that I think about it my FKS only pop out when they pivot never from forward pressure. Am I going to die? But seriously, listen to the binding GOD he is spreading the good word.

I just assumed that forward pressure was the pressure created when I land way front seat. Sorry I am not a fucking binding guru with all your cool terminology I left my binding dictionary in the car. I take everything I said back OP you are going to die according to the 12 year olds on this site I don't know shit.

By the way i know im confused about forward pressure created while skiing and the forward pressure sets on the binding itself but I just drank two pitchers of Tuckerman's at the movies and I am drunk so sorry I fucked your thread up OP my bad.
