Metzger using Bad Lt?

IM watchin moto X stepup and it almost looks like mike metzger is wearing the bad lt helmet. Is it actually or is it a moto helmet that just looks like it?

i'm taking a shot in the dark, but i highly doubt a ski helmet would take the impact of a motox crash, first of all from the weight of the bike and the overall size of the jumps

thats just a half motorcycle helmet. They make tons of military looking helmets and german helmets that aren't DOT approved, but alright to use for dirtbiking.
