Im looking to get a new video camera before the winter starts. Im on a budget but i want something with good picture quality and would be good for skiing. I might just get a gopro but any other suggestions?

just kidding, but i'd look into a sick DSLR, I wanted to get into cinematography but when i did my research on video cameras I realised how un-versatile they are in comparaison to DSLRs.

I ended up purchasing a Canon 7D. Best choice of my life.
