Is the field of view different on them, like is one wider or taller or something? I'm about to pick up some c bars or splices. It's about time I got my hands on some nice goggles,
very minuscule difference going from cbars to splices. if its really that much of a pain to turn your head, then an outdoor sport probably isn't your piece of cake.
why do you guys switch goggles to stay in style? if the only reason you can come up with to get splices is because crowbars or too 2007 then that's dumb. they're still good lenses and frames. i still use wisdoms. you're a derp if you can't get them to fit right with a helmet. just get whatever is cheaper.
Honestly, the only difference is the fit. Splices are advertised to pinch your nose less, but I actually felt that they restricted breathing and pinched my nose a lot more than my c-bars. Basically, just try them both on, and see which one works better with your face. Optics and range of view are practically identical. Cheers.
