T2i vs D90??

So im in the market for a new camera and it has come down to these two. I would be more into video than photos but fairly equal. I understand that the most prefer nikon glass and the D90 has a better sensor from what i have been reading. I also see that the t2i is a 18 mp camera while the D90 is a 12.3mp. I also see the the D90 is more than a couple hundred more than the t2i. This is just what i have seen from looking around online. Any help is very welcome

d90 video is worthless. I love mine for photography, but i would never use it to film anything

okay, i know there is a huge thread about what to give before you ask what lens but im going to be filming alot of skiing and some summer filming, anything else you need? haha sorry for being such a idiot when it comes to cameras

Dude, fucking look it up. We're not here in M&A to hold your hand through the process of buying a camera. Use google, it know everything and will answer your questions for you.

^this. You'll learn a lot more through reading and searching (more than you may be looking for, which isn't a bad thing.) than asking / waiting for replies. Just figure out what set-up would be more accustomed to what your looking to use it for. But yea stick to Canon for video.

D90=great photo camera, awful videocamera
T2i=great video camera, decent photocamera.

yes. for skiing, i suggest you to buy tokina 11-16mm f2.8

D90's video is horrible. http://vimeo.com/26528995 example. The only reason I use it to film is because i never expected to get into mini edits. Anyways, photo wise d90>t2i. But you need to figure out what you want, better pictures or video.
