Options for twixtor

Just wondering if there is anyway to use twixtor without using final cut? Is there a separate program? I'd like to try it out but currently don't have final cut

eh don't do it. most over used thing ever. you will get nothing but hate for using it.

i completely agree with this. the only reason i use twixtor is to slow my clips down to 50%.. i dont have cinema tools to conform my 60fps unfortunately. it works miles better then final cuts slow motion

reasonable use of twixtor. any time i hear a kid on NS mention twixtor i picture super warped shots playing at like 12% of real time

99% of the time thats true. its sad. i really think people use twixtor and think that it automatically makes their edit good. not true
