CALLOUT STEEZTECH

Ok, so I bought some sunglasses from Steeztech on July 4th. It's now August 2nd and I have not received them or my money back. I'll sum up the PM's here:

I paypal'd 70 dollars. Then a few weeks later, he PM's a few people he was selling to saying he's sorry in the delay, that he will get the stuff right out. Then he tells me he has no money to ship it out. Then he says his friend came over and took the sunglasses because they were actually his friends, not his. So then I say ok refund my money. Then he delays, and I tell him I'll buy his sweatshirt (fittest) for 90, but I'll pay the other 20 once I get it. He agrees. A few days go by and he tells me he forgot about the deal we made. Then he says he is selling his xbox for 115 and he will refund me. Then he says he is selling it for 40 dollars. Still no refund, no glasses, no sweatshirt, nothing.

I understand. What about the money that I paypal'd you though? Is that still in paypal? Or if not, is there a way maybe we can work out payments back to me, like some of it now, some later?

All I know is I paid you 70 dollars quite awhile ago, and now you can't find the glasses. I just want my money back. Please just give me my money back or give me the glasses. My dad is a district attorney and I don't want to make this a legal issue, so please just give me my money back.
