Finally uninstalled that shit and in with Miro and Spotify.

Anyone want to share your Spotify name with me and I'll send you mine.

To any mac user who doesn't have miro you are missing out!

your missing out with your ignorance. There have already been threads on Spotify which is fantastic.

Miro on the other hand is phenomenal, but you have to at least google it to find out.

It made the top 10 best free software for macs this year just a little fyi

I don't like that itunes isn't open source. With Miro I can sync my droid and ipod. Plus I can torrent openly on miro

You can also run sites like pandora, or grooveshark right off the interface. It has everything itunes has plus more.

it is easier to use and I'm sick of updating itunes every month for shit that doesn't affect me

Ok, I'm on a mac and I use vuze and it scans like 10 torrent sites or so. Then I import the downloaded file to itunes. So what upsides are there for me to go to miro? What are the benifits too it, reviews would be cool

alright well for

1) You can use all ten of those vuze sources (I assume you know vuze really isn't much besides a torrent downloader with an interface)

2) those downloads go strait into your library (while I know you can have vuze do this too because I used vuze for about 6 months as well)

3) try it and give it 5 minutes and tell me if you will still use vuze and itunes.

Ok thanks, not really a fan of itunes! probally will switch asap. Some other questions, so I can search multiple torrent sites and then the files will go to my libary? Can I highlight my entire libary from itunes to miro instead of drag and drop each song one by one? Cause that would be a bitch

yeah just select a song in your library and hit command + a then drag and drop into the music folder.

Yes you add the torrent sites as "sources" so for mine I have the pirate bay, mininova, kick ass torrents, and demoniod. I have yet to find something to download that I can't find.

I know spotify is for mac, pc, and linux

not 100% sure but I think Miro is only for mac and linux

i'll definately check out miro it sounds sick. Spotify on the other hand i've had bad experience with : when you listen to anything outside mainstream music, you can't always find your songs on spotify
