I'm still convinced New Haven, CT has the best pizza anywhere. Pepe's and Sally's, and even Randy's Wooster St in Manchester, probably what I miss most about the east coast.

done some planking on the heat racks, fastest pizza maker compitetions (from stretching dough to finishing the peperoni), tossing tricks, and flip the pizzas as they come out of the oven

I love pizza. But I usually just make it or get on sale frozen ones and embellish them. So you could say I live in a pizza place. Where I used to work we sold mini McCains pizzas on the kids menu and I used to take 5 or 6 home for an after work snack.

I work at a pizza place! its awesome! free food. people pay me with weed for pizza. i get paid under the table. i could drink on the job but i would have to drive home. Really a fucking great time

I worked at a restaurant in Golden, BC. We had amazing pizzas. I loved making them for people.

Don't know what kind of stories you're looking for.
But I've experimented and made my own calzones and stuffed crust pizza.

Omnomnom.

Also spent half my shift snacking on pizza cheese and chorizo sausage

Reasons I liked working in a pizza restaurant.

1. I was the only Gringo in the house, and I learned Mexican because of this. NOT Spanish. What those guys spoke couldn't possibly be spanish... it was 90% just "cock, balls, fuck, shit, dick, bitch, motherfucker, whore, cunt, racial slurs" and it was AWESOME.

2. We served beer there so, once in a while, as a 17 year old, i'd grab a Sierra Nevada on my lunch break, and go in the back, and pour it into my canteen thing and drink one down. They never really noticed it either. It was my uncles place, so I had a bit of immunity as far as being fired or anything lol.

3. We served Gelato. I got free gelato. FUCK YEAH.

4. We were right accross the street from the movie theatre. I got free movie coupons all the time. super rad.

5. It got me enough money over the summer bein 16 and 17 to pay for my skis, season pass, and enough gas to get there the following winters. Win.

I worked for a dirty new yorker in obviously a NY style pizza place. Everything including the walls are covered in grease but that's what makes it taste so damn good.

Absolutely I do, and my brother starts working there soon as well, best pizza within 100 miles easily.

Best combo ever...

RED ONIONS
GREEN PEPPERS
CHEESE
CHICKEN
BBQ SAUCE
DOUGH

All put together with some thick crust = heaven.

I work at a 4 star Italian restaurant called Tosi's and they make some of the best pizza I have every had. They use a wood burning grill/stove (w.e you want to call it) and it's amazing. They make 4 pizzas everybody's for the staff (pluse free salad, soup, pasta, breads, and obviously drinks) I am actually stoked to go to work when I do
