Sammy Carlson is my neighbor?

So my Dad and Mom just went to my cabin today which is in Lake of the Pines, California. (right near Auburn) They come home and say like its nothing "Oh yeah some professional skier lives right next to our cabin, he was in the X Games. His last name is carl something." "Sammy Carlson?" "Yeah I'm pretty sure that was it." Then they were saying how he dated someone daughter blah blah blah. So all in all, I don't think its Sammy Carlson, but there is a professional skier who lives right next to my cabin. Anyone know any skiers that live near or in Lake of the Pines? Lake of the Pines is a gated community inside of Auburn. Not a claim, just trying to figure out who this is.

you probably didn't read the whole thread, its okay, I'll inform you. My parents heard about it from a neighbor that lived up there. They told me about it once they got home. I was like oh thats cool. No emotional high here. Just pure curiosity of whom it may be.

I'm going sober and I'm relinquishing my rage onto NS, which honestly needs a reality check when it comes to the relationship between 'pros' and 'normal skiers' (hint: THERES NO DIFFERENCE!)

I guess the whole celebrity status of the pro level is getting to me.
