Meh, I've seen waaaaaaay worse.  He was still moving when he got dragged into the street, dude just got signed up with an adjustment, that's all.   

Stupid ghetto motherfuckers have to learn lessons in different way.  Dude was all "whatever" when his boss was yelling at him for selling dope at his business...  So he got ghetto professor on it and gave that dude his thesis in the only way that dreadlocked douche would have understood.  Move along, nothing to see here!
