BC in the east

I'm looking for Rossignol Scratch but I don't know if I should buy FS or BC...I live in the east and I would like something not only good in the park but on every aspect of skiing (carving, bumps, etc...) Would the BC be a good choice for east coast skiing!??!

my friend rides ARV's on the east coast he loves them, he says he wont buy anything put pow skis.

bc are more for powder some if your gonna be ridin groomers and stuff all day then def get the fs

Getting a fat ski is just extra weight. I ride ARVs and 1260s, and I hate riding the ARVs in the park. Vice Versa for riding the 1260s in the pow. Get the FS.

ride the fatties man. only got a week of total days a year for pow pow, but when they come... ohhh boy its the best feeling in the world.

get the fs. for the amount of pow you do get out there its not worth lugging around the bc's all season. the fs are pretty fat too. the only reason where you should get the bc's are if you like a big fat heavy stable ski in the park. but a 100mm waist is damn big.
