Today i went to the Ferrari Challenge at Lime Rock Park (LRP) in CT. The Ferrari Challenge is basically a circut of races only Ferraris though out the US and Canada. It was amazing. Fast and beautiful cars. a set of brakes for these things cost over $20,000 (US). Most of the drivers bought their cars/maintain them with a full time crew. These drivers are very rich and have a lot of free time. The Ferrari challenge came to LRP for the first time in since 2006 and this event was crazy. A few crashes and s few blow out tires. I cant wait to go next year if they come back. I would highly recommend going if you get the opportunity, you get to get up close with the vehicles after the race and i even got to talk with some of the Ferrari tech/pit crew guys.
