here's an idea:
harvey programs a crazy disaster alert, which gives reinforcements mod priviledges, so lots of people can delete threads. in addition, certain mods will temporarily have banning priviledges.

the disaster alert will be set off when all of the online mods set off an alarm.

Rather than having mods able to BAN members, they should be able to do single day suspensions if they've started spamming. Or if it's possible (I really don't know if it is), have an automatic suspension (maybe for like 2 hours)if a member posts a certain number of posts within say 2 minutes.
