Colorado hike/camp spots

Of course I can google spots to hike and camp in Colorado but I would like to hear some local opinions and spots.

I know of Estes, St. Marys, and Hanging Lake.

I'm based out of Boulder.

Try the area around Deckers/ Cheesman Resevoir it is only about 1.5 hours from denver (between the springs and denver)
