I liked it a lot, but there are one or two things I thought you might try to make it a 10/10 edit.
First, I thought that pause around 33 seconds from introduction to the discussion was awkwardly long. Just a black screen for about 3 seconds. You could definitely shorten that a bit for a smoother transition.
The whole thing was slow motion, which is awesome for the style and music you were going for. However, why not cut back to the guy talking to get a more personal look at the business as well as break up the slow mo? I think that would look way better than a 8 second slow mo shot of him carrying a hose used for something I don't understand. I never get to see his face while he's talking and it makes it awkward for me.
I was also distracted by the same shot being used in B&W in the intro and during the interview (the one with the grains pouring). Maybe just use the second angle instead of the first one twice, then the second angle.
Also, and I'm reaching now......I always learned that saying "um" is natural, but it gives the perception that you either don't know what you are talking about, aren't excited about what you're talking about, or both. Couldn't hurt to have a script or practice to make the professional look that much better.
Awesome work, I especially loved the shot where you changed focus of the grain silos or whatever. That was sick. Hope this helps or at least inspires thoughts that might improve your work!
