I've been trying to sign up for Vimeo for the past 1 or 2 months and every time I make an account and click "send" the error message "Vimeo is currently not accepting new signups" shows up. I don't get why they wouldn't accept new sign ups and why they would do it for so long. Has this happened to anyone else?
