With memory foam pillows that means you flip the pillow every 2 minutes cause the cold side gets warm in about 1minute 30 seconds.

You could always just keep moving your head inch by inch to the cold part on your pillow until you fall asleep.

i'm glad this thread came up, because i have a sick method.

i have every episode of blue planet / planet earth on my laptop, so i just throw on a different episode every night, and it usually knocks me out in between 10-30 minutes. i've had trouble falling asleep my entire life, and ever since i discovered this, it's been smooth sailing.

i've seen most parts of every episode probably 20 times at least.
