Mid fat rocker/camber pow skis

So I'm looking for a one quiver all mtn mid fat ski with rockered tips, camber underfoot, maybe rockered tails.

I'm 18 years old
5'9 155lbs
needs to be 180+ and

Armada 185 JJ's are what I have. Love them. ON3P 186 Jeffrey's might be another option.

I'm rockin th akjj this year and stoked on it. Skied the jj in the 185 for two years as my everyday ski, thought so much about how good a 195 would be, and its here i'm super stoked. Got to ski it at a private demo last year, and fell in love with the jj all over again. Go for it, u won't regret it!

ok here we go.

longer than 180, less than 110 waist, preferably a radius under 20
skiing mini golf type lines, pillows/drops, tight trees, moguls, and groomers
something with a stiff tail and not a ton of tail rocker that wont wash out and I wont backslap

I've been looking at:
line blends, 2012 sfbs
on3p jeffreys, viciks
rossi s3 freerides
praxis backcountrys
anything else?

I haven't skied any of them so any insight on them would be great.

$600 is about my budget also..

If you wanna ski backwards, go Jeffrey. If not, the Jeffrey will be the softer and more playful ski out of the two, Vicik is set up as a touring/bc ski right now.

The most fun i've had on a 100 to 110 undrefoot ski with tip and tail rocker, was a day on the 188 libtech nas freeride, fairly stiff, crazy poppy, pretty sound at speed, hanlded everything I could throw at them, but for a person whos is used to 115 to 127 underfoot skis I was surprised how well they skied the 16" ish that had fallen over night. Couldn't reccomen them higher, if I was looking for ski in that waist range it would be my first choice.

Srry for the dub post, but I for sure wouldn't get the blends, soooo nervous at speed, and the tails don't have that much rocker, but they r so soft that they wash out like crazy

helix's aren't rockered and jjs are a 115. sorry I just know exactly pretty much what I want in the ski.

I would look at the Armada tst or the lib tech nas freerides. Two of my favorite all mountain skis i demoed last year. The freeride has a more traditional shape 100-105 in the waist, (changes due to magnetraction) with a huge shovel in the front and a good amount of rocker. It is stiff and tears up anything you throw at it, does surprisingly well in powder. Very underrated skis. The tst is also quite the ski, stiff with the jj tip it floats really well but also skis hardpack and anything you throw at it like a champ. Stiff tail with no rocker makes it ski longer and you wont worry about backslap. Both skis fit everything you are looking for.

i have the k2 kung fujas and love them for pow and gromers alike. i am 5 9 and use the 179 they r great i would highly recomend them to anyone

thanks everyone so far, I've pretty much narrowed it down to 2012 sfbs, on3p jeffreys, or 2012 moment pb&js. only problem is virtually no one has ever skied those haha.

you won't be disappointed.

103mm underfoot, perfect amount of tip rocker.

can carve the shit out of a turn on hardpack, and ski the deep like you're on a pair of 115mm pow skis

New Atomic Blog is good fun. Also new line SFB looks like it would fit the bill, maybe a tiny bit soft. A friend of mine has the TSTs and loves them too... lots of new, very cool skis in this segment.

For 2012, the Stealth Rocker in the Helix is pretty substantial.  I wouldn't describe it as slight.

i tried a ton of skis in that size range. and the ones i found to be a great one ski to own k2 fujas. amazing ski.

did they stiffen the blog in the tail? because that tail is pretty soft..

OP asked for a stiff tail, that is definitely not the blog (as much as i love the ski)

The Jeffrey is not a soft ski, we dont make those, haha. I broke my leg this season and didnt get much time on them, but Kip and Duncan (ON3P's Hazard Master and Engininja, respectively), logged quite a few days. Its the perfect blend of Caylor mixed with J-mo - longer running length for better all terrain skiing, but wide enough to kill it in pow. Those guys frequently took it hiking in the morning on sidecountry laps, then spent the afternoon riding softened up park on them. For a wide one ski quiver, its perfect.

the K2 Obsethed is really nice too, but you mentioned you wanted < 110 underfoot, however I'll be honest, you'd probably LOVE the Obsethed, so much damn rocker its unreal, and I'm pretty sure they got camber underfoot, it's really my favourite skii now and I live in Ontario, they are by no means "powder" skiis to me, I use em whenever/wherever. hahaah

I'd take a gander over at the Prophet series from Line. This years Prophet 98 might make you happy.

I'm on the older Prophet 100 which does not have the early rise tip that this years Prophet 98 features. Early-rise will fix the one negative I have with the ski, which is it's tendency to only make a single turn shape. It blasts crud, can rail groomers, and loves going fast. The early-rise should make it a little more agile in tight quarters (trees/moguls) and at slower speeds as well.
