Same thing happened to me. Got all 4 out iced all day afterwords. The next day was fine, still no swelling But the third and 4th days my cheeks were a little puffy. after that i was pretty much back to normal. And i had virtually no pain the whole time. And i didn't have any hardcore meds either. Dunno if that normal or not
