rossignol or armada im going to say
the french pipe skiers are all skiing rossignol and doing really well in comps with them it seems
and yater-wallace skis armada so his two main competition roland and yater wallace i think he might go to either of those or maybe a smaller company where he'll be top rider there?

I don't think he'll go to Armada, he won't be top skier there, I think he'll be at rosignol or maybe even Atomic???

I think he either left or was dropped over salomons goggle range?
probably they wanted a salomon simon dumont pro model or something for the goggles or they wanted him to wear the salomon goggles and he's got to good of a deal at oakley?

yeah im not complaining that i dont like simon, i have his oakley model and i love to watch him ski.
im just saying that salomon have given him a pro model (the only athlete on salomon with a pro model i think) they have pretty much used simon as the face of salomon and used his success over the years in the pipe to promote themselves to our community, so maybe when he suddenly comes third in the x games which he has dominated over the years (i believe) they may feel that he is losing he domination over the sport and they feel they should go with someone abit younger?
i really dont know what salomon or dumont where thinking but i hope simon still skis the same at his new sponsor

....back to salomon, hes one of their bigger skiiers, who had a promodel for a while, theyed be stupid to not try and get him back, just because hes not with them anymore doesnt mean they cant make a new contract

yeah but maybe he wants to ski for a company with good quality skis and not just a brand name
i havent ridden salomon but alot of people say there not the best, maybe he feels he's the best and wants to ski the best?

I don't believe this. Simon is a big name outside of our freestyle community, many gapers only know simon dumont. Salomon wants a skier that will help them appeal to the mass market. I just don't see why they would drop him. He is still placing on the podium and the cubed pipe this year attracted

A lot of attention for Simon and his sponsors. Plus with the olympics coming up Simon will definitely represent the us and knowing his competitive nature he will be training hard. If salomon dropped him they are just dumb...

Scott or Nordica
Some company with a lot or capital that needs a boost in their freestyle dept.

salomon gives him too much sponsor pressure. he probably got fed up with them and left. ill bet nordica or atomic. look at tj coreupts top athlete he left coreupt for a better sponsor nordica. dumont is looking for a new sponsor and left simple. salomon does not have the balls to drop the dumont.

they probably dropped him for being a whiney bitch and not reaping their product with a good image/attitude

idk if this is true or not but i can't see him not skiing salomon. but, if this is true i could see him and would like to see him join scott, he already has scott promodel poles and scott has no pipe skiers that i'm aware of. And, dumont and wallisch will make a good team, look at their joss video, they are the two names most people out of the loop would be able to recognize.

Salomon is not good with keeping a team, it seems like they lose so many good skiers each season.
