I know the rest of the world does, its just more eye opening when you actually experience it. You see how similar the world is when you see it yourself, im 16 and yes it is my first time out of North America, so it is new to me.
I know kids do, but its suuper rare. I know in korea they are extremely strict about weed, and they consider any trace of it in your body when drug tested automatically gives you an MIP, and if you get caught with it you can get deported, at least thats what these teachers at this english school for kids told us.
