nah definitely not. 4'10 and smallest size is 170. look for some about 150

Think of the money you will save!

Too soft for my tastes, they would probably be alright for a season or two. A tad long, but they are uber light and would last you more than a season (assuming you are about to go through that puberty thing)

If he's an advanced skier... no. If he is just starting out... yes. His weight would just make it seem like a stronger ski than it is, which isn't a bad thing unless you are trying to butter.

I see it being ideal for someone around 100Lb's and 5'2" or so. He's not there yet, but kids grow up fast.
