Our next mod(s) will most likely come from outside North America, so as to have people on here in more time zones. When those of us in NA are all asleep someone needs to keep an eye on the shop. Probably an Aussie/Kiwi and a Euro are in the cards to be green pretty soon, but haven't even got to thinking who the candidates are yet.

You are required to be green if you are a mod due to you representing the community, unless there is an underlying reason not to that is considered.
