Tuesday night my friend had a bonfire in his pit behind his house. He lives on a farm so there is always a ton of stuff to burn. There were probably 25 people or so there and we were all just hanging around the fire. The fire started to die down a bit so a couple of people started to put some wood on it from the huge pile of junk next to it. My friend Tim (timotheezy on here) found an old can of Great Stuff Insulation within the junk pile, this is where my story picks up. He tried to spray it out at first but had no luck since the can was pretty old and was all crusted over so he just TOSSED IT IN THE FIRE. A few people saw him do it, including me, and told everyone to back up since it was probably going to explode. Everyone backed away from the fire but Tim had to run back to the fire to close his car doors, he had them open because we were listening to music out of his car. As he is closing his passenger side door BOOM! the can explodes and sprays burning insulation on his car and himself. Him and a few others smothered the fire out and wiped off the insulation, there wasn't really any damage done except for some burned hairs on his leg where a glob of the insulation missile landed on him. It's a good thing no one was hurt or burned badly. He was a little shaken because it was pretty intense and the night went on.
