to be honest, i though it was meh. the end was kinda suspenseful but i'm not dying to know what happens or anything. anyone wanna tell me what happened between when shane tells lorie thet hes leaving and when the blonde cunt bitches out dale? i missed that segment.

I enjoyed the premiere a lot. The highway scene was tense and effective. Waaaaaaaay too many fucking commercials. Like, possibly the most commercial-ridden show I've ever watched.

It really was....and WHEN they occurred was ridiculous. I remember a stretch, right around finding the church and splitting into two groups, where it literally went to commercial, cam back for....I don't know...3 minutes? Then, went back.....for almost 5 minutes. Fucking ridiculous.

Also I thought it was pretty retarded that the zombies couldn't smell the people under the cars, I mean come on, what type of shitty zombies are these. 

Thought that it was an okay premiere when you had a year or whatever to think of some good shit. I don't know I thought the plot was somewhat static and then they just shot the kid at the end to make it a cliffhanger but I guarantee the kid lives.  They show Rick carrying the kid saying 'he was shot' -  I don't think they're gunna drag it to next episode to just let him die.

 I remember in the last thread everyone was saying that the wife is going to be preggers but there was no mention of that so far...maybe in a few episodes they'll get to that but I have my doubts.

Also remember there was a helicopter flying over the city in the first season?  I feel like this whole show needs to get way, way crazier and fast paced.

Maybe I'm just still on American Horror Story's dick.

I guess the reason why the little girl is missing will be interesting and open up something new.

Ep. 2 was entertaining, they always are, but man...talk about a filler episode. It was almost entirely devoid of any sort of plot progression, let alone resolution...of anything. Not getting all negative nancy on it, but man...just wish there had been a bit more meat...so to speak.

so I've watched s1 and s2 so far, and find it entertaining, but theres a giant plot hole in the entire zombie genre that I can't get over.
Wouldn't the zombies just starve and dehydrate after about a month? even sooner than that? If they need sustenance and can't get it, they'll drop dead(er). if they can go indefinitely without eating, then why bother wasting energy chasing the living? it just doesn't make sense.

The hunter and the kid will die, mom will get sad, rick will get pissed. Kinda hope the mom dies too, shes the one person whos always talking about rules and what people can and cant do. Definitely holding rick back from bein a stone cold killa

no way. rick isn't the psycho. his best bud is def the one who's off the rocker. rick's always been the level headed guy, who knows how to get shit done. i don't know why this rules thing pisses you off anyways. people need a leader, especially in these types of situations. if you just run around doing what you want, you're likely to get killed, especially if you have no idea how to survive on your own.

i was really expecting a big episode for halloween, but nothing. barely a thing happened again. killing the otis seemed stupid to me until i saw the end, then i realized it's changing a character. kind of hope it picks up. and the commercials annoy me too. i think i might just leave it to the pvr and watch them a day or so later.

But on the other hand the mom getting preggo i feel like could ruin the show. I was hoping they would go more into survival than drama aspect.

well how did you not see that coming? it was pretty obvious that was what jenner said to rick at the CDC (at least thats still what i think he said). but i agree with you, i was hoping they would edge off on the drama because thats all this season has been so far. less exciting and more just shitty crying and stuff. this season is 13 episodes i think, and if shit doesnt pick up it is gonna get boring really fast. they need some sort of objective or goal to make the show worth watching. so far, son i am dissapoint with this season.

ya maybe. i'm just ruling out that he was told about his wifes pregnancy. he was about to say something to his friend over the radio, but it didn't seem like her pregnancy (if he had knowledge of it) is the kind of thing he would share in the context of a scene like that. i don't know, watch that first bit again. seemed like he was about to say something that he had difficulty acknowledging.

yea I agree, this season has been too soapy, needs more zombie survival shit.  But I don't doubt that shit is gunna get crazy soon.  They need to go big picture soon.

Possibly, however he doesnt tell his friend because he said it doesnt matter, youd think if jenner told him it was airbourne rick would have told him. Her pregnancy seems like more of a realistic possibility to me

Exactly what my dad said at the end of the episode....

IMO, boringgggggggg so far. Pretty disappointing , I thought they would find Sophia after an episode or two and move on, they are dragging it on wayyy too long.

I know some people are disappointed with the season so far, but I think it's still pretty damn good. It could definitely use an increase in action, and it looks like the next episode might just have it, judging by the preview. I'm stoked on the season right now.

Compared to the last season theres barely any action. Then again this season is wayyy longer and they have to build up relationships and all that bullshit for the sake of the show and variety of viewers. Rest of the season is going to be very interesting.

Personally, if i was in teh show at this point for the sake of survival, I would kill off that entire family living in that house and just take there shit and post up there for a while
