...but if anyone decides to go up there after watching this, please read the following. :)
1. the hike up the chute is VERY technical right now
2. having a whippet or ice axe and crampons would be nice (i had none of the above and was moderately puckered the entire time hiking the chute)
3. the holes on the edges are >10' deep in places
.......this means if you fall (on the hike up or the run down) you are gonna be proper fucked
4. when hit at the right time of day, you actually push all those little rocks deeper into the snow when you run over them, thus no significant damage to bases (do watch out for the bigger rocks though)
5. can be done ~2 hrs car to car.
6. take your helmet
I figure the more it gets skied, the cleaner the top snow will be; and in turn, the slower it will melt it for all of us. Let's see if we can hit it again in Aug!
