Sahlen's hot-dogs made with Natural Casing. Anyone from Western New York knows what I'm talking about. They are the shit. All other dogs pale in comparison. And yes, you cannot boil hot dogs, that's plain nasty. Even broiling is whack. Open flame or nothing.

That said, I too do not understand the fascination with ketchup. I don't dislike it, and it has it's place, but I am not crazy for it. I only really like it on hot-dogs to be honest. For hamburgers, I'd rather have mayo on the bun, and no ketchup.

Uh oh, looks like we got an east vs west NY hot dog showdown.

Ketchup in my opinion is for potato products and that's about it.(fries, homefries, hashbrowns) I'm strictly mustard and relish on my dogs, some other toppings if available but very very rarely will I put ketchup on a hot dog or brat.

I don't see how anyone can hate lobster. It's like a giant shrimp as far as texture and taste go. I bought a 3 and a half pounder once and destroyed that sucker. Such a clean tasty meat, seabugs make my tummy sing.

The bacon weave makes for supreme bacon flipping, ten pieces of bacon....one flick of the wrist. It actually cooks really even like that too. That was the first time I ever gave it a go.
