GF's health insurances pays for one plastic surgery a year, this year she wants to go from a small B to a C. Next year I'm thinking about ass implants cause she's got a bit of goneass but I want advice. I'm totally cool with the fake boobers but whats up with the fake ass, how does it feel, where does it go (top?bottom? back?). Anybody got beta???? She's 4'11 89 lbs fwiw.

Yep, horseshit. She should be paying some type of deductible. I'm assuming the plastic surgery is more for something such as facial reconstruction after a car accident than it is for self satisfaction.

Nope, its elective aethetic surgery. Still waiting for some first hand reports.... I'm just wondering where the implants go because some times during energetic intimate activity the contact between our pelves causes pain and brusing and I'm hoping that can be remedied

A plastic surgery being covered on your health insurance is the most ass backwards thing ever... and not real. Think a boob job is upwards of 8 grand just for the actual procedure not to mention hospital stay pain medication everything that goes into a surgery. but think 8 grand that her health insurance could be using towards a medical emergency such as a man having his arm shredded in a car accident and needs it to be put back together. The insurance company wants to cover that guy not thousands and thousands of women who get a "free" tit job every year. That just would never happen. It's a waste of money and its almost a sure thing that people who couldnt afford it with out this magical free surgery insurance would now get the plastic surgery becuse its covered and they won't have to pay. It would put the company under so fast. Or if for some reason that this is real then her rates and the rates for that company should be fucking ridiculously high... to high to be able to sustain itself in a highly competitive market. the insurance market. I'm calling major major bullshit on this one. sorry your girlfriend is 4'11" 89 pounds... obviously flat chsted and assed. Cuz she didn't get a free titty job last year cuz her insurance company that your claiming she has doesnt exist. slash do you have a fetish for little kids and you use your girlfriend as a legal way to achieve that fetish?

If I'm correct most insurances don't cover plastic surgery. Since it's cosmetic most policies don't cover it. And quoting for emphasis.

Hey now, some people are just naturally small.  She can't help that her genetics made her naturally very small.  Honestly though, to risk ones life for such a thing is ridiculous.  If you can't accept her the way she is then move on.  She's extremely tiny and at that size of course there isn't going to be much to her.
