i used to hate lil wayne passionately
then i listened to a milli which made me get carter III and i thoroughly enjoyed the album
he is way overhyped but some of his stuff is really intelligent and good to listen to
i'm hoping carter IV tops III but we'll see

there are far better rappers however
personally, i'm into more laid back stuff rather than 'i'm a thug' so i really like asher roth, atmosphere, brother ali, and on and on and on and on

it's preference

As for wayne and for the OP, Sorry 4 the wait was mediocre, tunechi's back was decent and wayne had a couple more decent songs on the mixtape. It wasnt what I would consider a "good" mixtape but it gave me hope that the Carter IV has potential. Lets keep our fingers crossed because it very well could be waynes last album.
