Factory line is -2.5, mine are at -1.5 and I love them.

Go with what the factory line says or with 1.5 back. Don't centre them though.

you'll be able to spin and carve into jumps better since it's not fully symmetrical

So if you dead-center-mount them, will it be better or worse (if you ski park 95% of the time). And if you dead-center-mount them, will they be longer in front and shorter in the back? or opposite...

How much longer will the tail be than the nose? And will it really matter, and will it be harder riding switch and rails etc.? ;)

well depends, if its centre the tail will have as much length as the nose. what mounting point are u talking about?
