So...I've decided to go on a healthy streak in my life. Too much partying, drugs, etc lately out here in Tahoe haha. I'm gonna keep the drinking to a minimum, maybe once a week if at all, and eat super healthy. Anyone have any tips in terms of easy, healthy snacks to eat and ways to supress temptations to eat really bomb/unhealthy stuff? I was thinking stuff along the lines of baby carrots and ranch and shit like that. Gonna try to keep this going for a month, so if anyone has done the same, please share some advice or motivation.
