Replying to Vehicle Signals

The production companies install these things into our vehicles so we can indicated where we plan on going right? 
WRONG!!!!

In Ontario..if you drive a German car you don't have to use your signals..apparently there is a law I wasnt informed of.. excluding said cars from signaling any of their turns or lane changes!

Or ...you get the guy who has already started his turn or lane change..then decides to toss on the signal half way through the turn ( like yes thanks for that signal but I can already see that your turning now thanks)

Or. the half blink signal...liike at least give me a full blink you asshole!!!!???
