Removing Demo Binding Track help

Hey NS, I recently picked up a pair of Rossignol Axial Pro 120 bindings and unfortunately they're Demo bindings and I would really like to take the demo track off, I was wondering if anyone on here had any advice on how to do that?

You cant. The tracks are whats actually drilled into the ski, the heelpiece and toepiece cannot be drilled in alone without the tracks.

so you can't remove rossi axials from the demo rail and mount em like a regular binding ?
(cause i have a chance of grabbing some cheap line shadow rental skis for my gf that have only been used once, but they come with axial demo bindings and i've been thinking of remounting them with just heel and toe piece, but if this isn't possible, this is gonna change things...)

Ive skied my bacons very hard for the past 3 seasons with px12 demos. Other than them being heavier than normal bindings ive had no problemss at all with them.

I am not by any means very well versed in demo bindings, but I dont think so. We have PX-12's and Jester/Griffon demos here for our demo and prototype skis, on both types the track is screwed into the ski, and the toe and heels slide on said track.

PX-12 heels might be convertible if you have a non-demo heel baseplate, but you're screwed with the toes anyways, those are a definite no go.

And this speculation is for recent PX-12 demo's, I have NO idea about the older ones, but I do know they're different.

07/08 px12 demos, normal toe piece, non removable track on the heels, there are screws from the track into the ski
