i know a good bit of you on here play hockey or at least skate in some way shape or form..well i recently threw my skates on and got horrible blisters on the insides of my feet, near the arch. they were doing ok until i skated on them the next day and then they popped HAWT.
anyway, i really need to get back on the ice ASAP and they haven't healed yet. i've never had an issue with ski boots and any other time moleskin has done the trick but right now they're still pretty tender and i can't risk them getting worse.
so ns, is there any magic trick to covering them so they won't rub? they're slightly scabbed right now so obviously i'd need to use some sort of gauze pad first then wrap.
any help is appreciated. i'm desperate :)
