zero light, and don't have anything stimulating around you (this includes tv and computers) make sure its been a while since you've eaten, have an orgasm or meditate before trying to sleep again, sometimes pot can help but not always, mostly you just need to make your room a dark comfortable bunker useful for nothing other than sleeping.
