what dumbass friends, seriously. if i was watchin stuff like that i would tell him to stay the fuck down and get a stretcher. you never know if and how vertebraes are damaged and letting him roll around and move his head certainly doesnt help.

maybe its overcautious, but the potential HUGE consequence would lead me to play it safe.
