So my friend just preformed a hit and run

So my homie picks me up and my other 2 homies are in the car and we head off to grab a bag of shit and head to my other homies house in an adjacent town. So we get that fatty bag O shit and we picked up a dope bear looking stray dog on the way, we named the dog Lout Bud. So we head over to the adjacent town and theres fireworks going off so we go to peep those works and holla at some ladies and as my homie driving is hollering at some wenches this nigga hits a parked car in the rear end going like 15 mph. He just got his license so he got scared and booked it and headed to my homies house. when we got to the house we assessed the damage. shit was fucked up... bad on the front right side. So driver homie comes up with the dumbest fucking plan saying that he was parked and someone hit him while we watched the fireworks away from the car, he completely neglected the fact that we had a stray dog with no leash and that when you are parked on a street the right side of car is not near the road... at all so its very hard to believe it got hit there. Now my homies mom is making him call the cops and make up a spot where he was parked. So what do you say NS? Is he fucked and as passengers are we alright. PS, there was a shitload of witnesses.

Update: Cops came, Friend that was driving is now in the Sackets harbor NY jail for the night. The cop told me and my other passenger friends he dangers of driving and other herp derp.
