Sex with random girls on family vacation?

So I just took a vacation to Cannon Beach, Oregon with my whole family. I have two cousins who are close to my age and while we were wandering around town we saw lots of realllllly bomb girls. The problem is that most of them are with their parents or something which makes things kind of difficult.

Do I sneak them my number and try to meet up with them? Is this impossible on a family vacation? I need ADVICE!!!
