What is this filter/lens used in this. Its like blurry around the main focus of the shot. On the outsides. Heres a screen shot but heres the link http://vimeo.com/24006708

Looks like a fisheye attachment or lens and then just a blur vignette around the edges.

Its definitely just an edge blur applied in post. Not that cool IMO.
