Well, thats a pretty decent stock setup.
>Processor
6 core is pretty impressive, definitely will handle your video editing needs. Not the biggest fan of AMD but they are a decent budget option second to intel.
>RAM
8GB, definitely enough for any 64bit program (i'd recommend you use Adobe Premiere CS5 64 bit for editing)
>HDD
I'd stick to maybe a 1TB drive, or even a 750, they are easier to back up and are more reliable than a 1.5TB drive. You can always buy a second from newegg to use as backup only or as footage only
>GPU
I'd suggest upgrading to the 6670, its definitely a better card than the "stock" option.
Overall, a decent computer. I don't think you could go wrong with it! just make sure it comes with a firewire port or you wont be able to import from your FX7
