So I ordered 2 cases of case #2 size 3XL during the Jiberish Smash and Grab Sale. As everyone else probably was, I was stoked about the sale. So I submitted my order on June 30th and the wait began. After 11 days had passed I emailed them and asked why my order had not arrived. They told me Jiberish had a label machine that had broken and that they had to wait for a technician to come out and fix it. It seemed like the most fabricated made up story ever. I wasn't too upset because they told me that my order had been shipped and that it would be here by the middle of the week (Wednesday). Sure enough a box arrived on Wednesday. I was pumped after the long wait but was quickly disappointed after I had opened my case. It was all good until I realized it was only the first case, I figured they would have combined them. The second issue was that I received a 2XL piece mixed in with the rest of them.
I figured I would just exchange it for the size that I actually ordered but then I remembered that all sales were final and that there would be no returns. I was a little bummed. I heard that people that ordered multiple cases received the second one the day after the first one had arrived. Once again I was disappointed when my 2nd case never showed up today.
So I was just wondering if other people had the same issues that I did with their orders. It's not that Abstract Mall ripped me off or scammed me at all but they didn't handle their Smash and Grab Sale very well at all.
