I just saw this in chairlift diaries maybe 2012/2013 nordica skis...TJ pro model?

Yeah, they are really fucking expensive. They look so sick in person. My shop has a pair in 178, and another in the 185ish range. Really fucking want. But I would have no use for them. I'm much rather get the TST for the conditions that my mountain has right now.

Well, Mr. Kangbang, that was fairly aggressive. Of course they're a deep pow ski, but they can certainly make it back to the lifts as well! I've skied the demo pair and I promise, you can go do pretty much anything on these. Play nice!

Yeah the bases look better than currents but the current topsheets looks better. Think they shoulda went black like the opus and the design itself looks a little busy. The opus looks decent with the exception of the tips of the bases. Not diggin the sun and font but the tree itself is sick. Totally dig the idea of the currents being white and next years being black. So shoulda done the same to the SFB. I'd still ski either one though don't get me wrong. Real tough to top current though on both models.

By 'game changer' I assume you mean 'catching up with where everyone else is at' Go look at the soul7 (the green one) and look at a 192 Rocker2 and tell me the differences...

and by 'BOSS' I assume you mean 'no longer the intermediate/beginner powder ski that is the s7'


The squad7, which is the white/red/blue one, could be fun, but is hardly anything that does not exist right now.

actually the production version of the squad 7, these look really awesome, more directional than rocker 2 type ski but perfect all around shape and flex for everyday skiing at snowy areas. dynastar's also got a "cham" line coming out, it's a pretty wild shape with a big pintail and fat tip, almost like a fat version of the salomon BBR, not something i'm super stoked on but there were some solid skiers on them over the past few days who seemed to like them, they have a flat tail and there will be something like 4 widths, 97/107/117/127 or something like that.

The "New Shell" lettering on FT's boots in the catalog intrigues me, wish I could read through the blur to see what that meant.  Replaceable rubber soles are def sick.    

Also immediately thought the same thing about the shields, def crowbar clones.

K2 goggles stopped a few years back because it wasn't the quality product it should have been. Learned from the mistakes, and pulled them off the shelves to re-focus down the road. (now) The new program has been in development for awhile and is a big step forward from anything K2 did before. They don't even compare.
